SwapDeck "Weekly Prize" Sweepstakes & "Daily Reward" Spin — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The "Weekly Prize" sweepstakes and the "Daily Reward" spin (together, the "Promotions") are sponsored and administered by Meredosia Tech ("Sponsor"), operator of the SwapDeck app and the website swapdeck.meredosiatech.com. Contact: [email protected].

2. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The Promotions are free to enter for all eligible SwapDeck users.

3. Eligibility

• Open to natural persons who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater) at the time of entry.
• You must have a registered SwapDeck account in good standing.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Promotions are not offered in any jurisdiction where sweepstakes of this kind are unlawful.
• Employees and contractors of Sponsor, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible.
• Accounts found to be using automation, multiple accounts, or other fraudulent means to obtain entries will be disqualified.

4. How to Enter

Entry is free and happens through normal use of the SwapDeck app:

• Weekly Prize: entries take the form of event tickets earned through ordinary app activity — for example completing trades, daily check-ins, community events and milestones. Each event ticket entered into the Weekly Prize drawing counts as one (1) entry. No fee or purchase is required to earn event tickets.
• Daily Reward spin: every eligible user receives a free spin each day simply by opening the app. No additional action, ticket or payment is required.

5. Drawings & Winner Selection

• The Weekly Prize drawing is held each Monday. One or more winners are selected at random from all valid entries received during the preceding entry period.
• The Daily Reward spin awards its prize instantly at the time of the spin.
• Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received in the applicable drawing period.

6. Prizes

• Prizes are awarded as in-app Credits, which are redeemable in accordance with the app's cash-out terms (including any minimum-balance and verification requirements described in the app and the Terms of Service).
• Prize amounts for each drawing are displayed in the app before the drawing takes place.
• Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
• Winners are solely responsible for any taxes that may apply to prizes in their jurisdiction.

7. Winner Notification

Winners are notified by in-app notification to the winning account, and Credits are deposited directly to that account's balance. If a winning account has been closed, banned, or is otherwise ineligible at the time of the drawing, the prize may be forfeited and re-drawn at Sponsor's discretion.

8. General Conditions

• All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotions, including interpretation of these rules, selection of winners and disqualification of entries.
• Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotions at any time if fraud, technical failure or any other factor impairs their integrity, and to update these rules with notice posted on this page.
• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the SwapDeck Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

9. Not Sponsored by Apple, Google, Moon Active or Scopely

The Promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., Google LLC, Moon Active Ltd. (Coin Master) or Scopely Inc. (Monopoly GO). Each entrant releases Apple, Google, Moon Active and Scopely from any and all liability in connection with the Promotions. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotions must be directed to Sponsor, not to Apple, Google, Moon Active or Scopely.
