Welcome to SwapDeck! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SwapDeck mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Meredosia Tech ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using SwapDeck, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to access or use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
General Use (Ages 13+): Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may use the Service's matchmaking and portfolio-tracking features, but are strictly prohibited from participating in any sweepstakes, lotteries, or real-world prize drawings.
Sweepstakes & Promotions (Ages 18+): Participation in any SwapDeck weekly drawings or promotional sweepstakes is strictly limited to users who are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to verify your age and eligibility via government-issued identification before awarding any prize.
SwapDeck provides a third-party, out-of-band communication and matchmaking platform designed to help users find trading partners for virtual items in third-party digital games.
No Affiliation: SwapDeck is an independent platform and is not endorsed by, directly affiliated with, maintained, authorized, or sponsored by Moon Active, the creators of Coin Master, or any other third-party game developer.
Manual Trading Required: SwapDeck does not execute trades on your behalf. All actual transfers of virtual items must be conducted manually by the users within the respective third-party game, utilizing that game's officially authorized in-game trading mechanics.
Compliance with Third-Party Rules: You agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of SwapDeck and your in-game trading activities comply with the Terms of Service and End User License Agreements of the respective third-party games.
To facilitate matchmaking, SwapDeck allows users to upload screenshots of their digital card inventories.
Data Extraction Only: Our Vision-Language Model (VLM) temporarily scans these screenshots solely to extract factual text data regarding your inventory.
No Retention: Uploaded screenshots are processed as ephemeral, intermediate copies and are immediately permanently deleted from our servers following data extraction. We do not publicly display, distribute, or use your uploaded screenshots to train machine learning models.
SwapDeck Property: The SwapDeck name, custom graphics (including our proprietary energy icons), user interface, and matchmaking algorithms are the exclusive property of Meredosia Tech.
Through your use of the Service, you may earn virtual items, including "tickets" and "energy icons," by completing missions, receiving positive trade ratings, or interacting with the app.
No Cash Value: Tickets, energy icons, and other virtual rewards have no real-world cash value, cannot be exchanged for fiat currency, and remain the property of Meredosia Tech.
Non-Transferable: You may not sell, trade, or transfer SwapDeck tickets or energy icons to other users.
Utility: Tickets may be redeemed for in-app utility (such as priority queueing or profile cosmetics) or used as entries into promotional sweepstakes (for eligible users 18 and older).
We offer optional premium subscriptions that provide enhanced utility. Subscriptions are managed through your device's native app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
SwapDeck Pro is a weekly recurring subscription ($3.99/week) that provides enhanced features including: unlimited VLM scans, ad-free experience, priority scan queue, highlighted trade listings, priority placement in trade matching, extended trade history, Pro badge on profile, bonus sweepstakes entries, and the ability to create Trading Groups. Free users are limited to 20 scans per 4-hour rolling window.
Group owners with an active SwapDeck Pro subscription may purchase monthly Group Expansion subscriptions to increase their group's member capacity beyond the default 50-member limit:
Group Expansion subscriptions require an active SwapDeck Pro subscription. Expansion subscriptions are separate from and in addition to the Pro subscription.
Recurring Billing: All subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (weekly for Pro, monthly for Group Expansion) through your device's app store. You may cancel at any time through your device's native subscription settings.
No Prorated Refunds: No prorated refunds are issued for cancellations mid-billing cycle. Your subscription benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period.
When a Group Expansion subscription expires, a 15-day grace period begins. During this period:
If the subscription is not renewed within the 15-day grace period, the group's member capacity reverts to the default 50-member limit. Members in excess of this limit are automatically removed from the group, beginning with the most recently joined non-admin members. Removed members receive a notification and may be reinvited by the group owner after the subscription is renewed.
Promotional Bonuses: Premium subscriptions may include promotional bonuses, such as complimentary tickets. These tickets are a free promotional add-on to the utility provided by the subscription.
SwapDeck allows users to create and join Groups, which are private communities for coordinating trades, sharing wishlists, and communicating with other traders.
Creating Groups: Creating a Group requires an active SwapDeck Pro subscription. Free users may join existing groups but cannot create new ones.
Joining Groups: Groups are joined via invite codes, which may be shared through the app or the device's native share functionality. Join requests are subject to approval by the group owner or administrators.
Multiple Groups: Users may be members of more than one group simultaneously.
Groups include the following features:
Default Capacity: Groups support up to 50 members by default. This limit may be increased with a Group Expansion subscription (see Section 5.2).
Member Ranking: Members are automatically ranked within their group based on their trading activity, including trade count and the value of cards traded. Rankings are used for activity scoring and ownership succession purposes.
All general rules of conduct, including the Real Money Trading prohibition (Section 9), apply within groups. Group owners and administrators are responsible for moderating their groups. Meredosia Tech reserves the right to remove groups or members that violate these Terms.
If a group owner's SwapDeck Pro subscription lapses (following any applicable app store grace period), a 15-day ownership transfer process begins.
Succession Order: Ownership is offered to the highest-ranked eligible group member. Priority is given to administrators sorted by tenure (longest-serving first), followed by regular members sorted by activity score (highest first).
Accept or Pass: Each candidate has 24 hours to accept or pass on the ownership offer. If a candidate does not respond within 24 hours, the offer automatically passes to the next eligible member.
Acceptance Requirements: To accept group ownership, a member must have an active SwapDeck Pro subscription. Upon acceptance, they become the new group owner and assume responsibility for any active Group Expansion subscriptions.
If no eligible member accepts ownership, the group enters a 15-day closure countdown. During this period:
At the end of the closure countdown, the group is automatically deleted and all members are notified.
Meredosia Tech is not liable for any loss of group data, conversations, wishlists, or member connections resulting from group closure due to lapsed subscriptions or unclaimed ownership transfers.
Wishlists: Users may maintain a personal wishlist of cards they are seeking. Cards can be added or removed from the wishlist at any time via the card detail view. Wishlisted cards are indicated by a heart icon throughout the app.
Trade Alert Notifications: When another user's inventory includes a card on your wishlist, you may receive a notification alerting you to the potential match. These notifications are informational only and do not guarantee that a trade will occur.
No Obligation: Receiving a trade alert or appearing on another user's wishlist match does not create any obligation for either party to initiate or complete a trade.
Any sweepstakes or drawings hosted on SwapDeck are governed by our official SwapDeck Sweepstakes Rules.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: A purchase or premium subscription is never required to enter or win a SwapDeck sweepstakes.
Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): Free methods of entry, including mail-in entry, are available to all eligible users. Please see the Official Sweepstakes Rules for detailed instructions on how to enter without making a purchase by mailing Meredosia Tech at our physical address.
SwapDeck strictly prohibits the use of our platform to facilitate the buying, selling, or auctioning of in-game virtual items for real-world money, cryptocurrency, or physical goods. SwapDeck is exclusively for coordinating card-for-card or item-for-item trades. Violating this policy will result in an immediate, permanent ban from the Service.
SwapDeck may allow eligible adult users to earn Credits by completing sponsored offers, surveys, app installs, and similar tasks made available through third-party offer providers. Credits are separate and distinct from Tickets, Energy Icons, and sweepstakes entries, and are the only SwapDeck balance that may be redeemed for real-world money.
Eligibility: Earning and cashing out Credits is limited to users who are at least 18 years old and located in a supported jurisdiction. We may require identity and age verification before processing any cash-out.
Value & Conversion: Credits have no cash value until redeemed. 100 Credits are redeemable for US $1.00. Credits are a limited, revocable license to request a cash payout subject to these Terms; they are not money, legal tender, stored value, or a deposit account, and are non-transferable between users.
Third-Party Offer Providers: Sponsored offers are provided by independent third parties, including AdGem and the advertisers within its network. By engaging with an offer you also agree to that provider's and advertiser's own terms and privacy policies. SwapDeck does not control offer availability, payout amounts, tracking, or crediting timelines, and offers may be added, changed, or removed at any time. Credits are awarded only after the offer provider confirms a valid, completed conversion to us; offers later reported as reversed, charged back, fraudulent, or invalid will not be credited, or will be deducted if already credited.
Cash-Out Threshold & Method: You may request a cash-out once your balance reaches the published minimum (currently US $5.00 / 500 Credits). Approved cash-outs are paid to the PayPal account you designate. You are responsible for providing an accurate PayPal email; we are not responsible for funds sent to an address you entered incorrectly. We may change the minimum, available payout methods, or limits at any time.
Taxes: You are solely responsible for any taxes on amounts you receive. Where required by law, we may request a Form W-9 and issue a Form 1099 for users who receive $600 or more in a calendar year, and may withhold payment until required tax information is provided.
No Guarantee: The Credits program is offered at our discretion and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Unredeemed Credits may be forfeited upon account closure or program termination, except where prohibited by law.
To protect the Credits program and our offer partners, the following are strictly prohibited:
Prohibited Conduct: (a) completing offers using false, stolen, or another person's information; (b) operating more than one account, or earning or cashing out on behalf of others; (c) using bots, scripts, emulators, auto-clickers, or other automated means; (d) using VPNs, proxies, location spoofing, or device/identifier manipulation to misrepresent your eligibility or location; (e) reversing, refunding, charging back, or cancelling an action after Credits are awarded; (f) exploiting bugs, glitches, or pricing/tracking errors; or (g) any other activity that is fraudulent, deceptive, or violates an offer provider's or advertiser's terms.
Consequences: If we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that Credits were earned through prohibited conduct or were reported invalid by an offer provider, we may, without prior notice: void or deduct the affected Credits; deny, reverse, or hold any cash-out; remove you from the Credits program; and/or suspend or permanently terminate your account. Credits associated with fraud or abuse carry no cash value and are forfeited.
Chargebacks & Clawbacks: Because offer providers may reverse a conversion after we have paid you, you agree that we may deduct a corresponding amount from your Credit balance, and that amounts paid out on conversions later found to be invalid or fraudulent are subject to clawback.
Manual Review: All cash-out requests are subject to manual review before payment. We may place a reasonable hold on a request to verify the underlying offers, confirm your identity and eligibility, and screen for fraud. Most reviews are completed promptly, but processing times are not guaranteed.
Denials & Holds: We may deny or hold a cash-out where we reasonably believe it involves prohibited conduct, reversed or invalid offers, mismatched or unverifiable identity, sanctioned or unsupported jurisdictions, or a violation of these Terms or an offer provider's terms. When a request is denied for reasons other than confirmed fraud, the underlying Credits are generally returned to your balance; Credits tied to fraud or invalid conversions are forfeited.
How to Appeal: If you believe a cash-out was denied or held in error, you may appeal by emailing [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the decision, including your account email, the cash-out date and amount, and any information supporting your request. We will review the appeal and respond within a reasonable time. Our determination following an appeal is final. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Service, and/or remove you from the Credits program, with or without notice, including for any of the following:
Grounds: (a) violation of these Terms, our Sweepstakes Rules, or any posted policy; (b) fraud, abuse, or the prohibited conduct described in Section 12; (c) creating or operating multiple or fake accounts; (d) chargebacks, payment disputes, or attempts to reverse subscription or offer transactions; (e) harassment, threats, hate speech, scamming or "send-first" trade fraud, or other harmful conduct toward other users; (f) attempts to circumvent bans, security, rate limits, or eligibility checks; (g) providing false registration, age, identity, or location information; (h) use of the Service for any unlawful purpose; or (i) extended inactivity, or where required to comply with law or a third-party provider.
Effect: Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately and you may lose access to your account, trade history, Groups, Tickets, and any unredeemed Credits. Subscriptions are governed by Section 5 (no prorated refunds). Provisions that by their nature should survive — including limitations of liability, prohibited-conduct, forfeiture, and dispute provisions — survive termination.
Reinstatement & Appeals: Termination decisions may be appealed using the contact methods below. We may, but are not obligated to, reinstate an account at our discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meredosia Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any actions taken by third-party game developers against your external gaming accounts; (c) any unauthorized access to our servers; or (d) the closure, modification, or loss of any Group or group data.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Illinois.
