Is SwapDeck safe? — It's built around the opposite of how scams work. Every trader has a visible trust rating and trade history, so you're not relying on a stranger's promise.

How does the trust rating work? — It reflects completed trades and the ratings other traders leave. New accounts start neutral and earn reputation by trading honestly. A high rating = many people vouched with real trades.

Do you ever ask me to "send first" to the team? — Never. The SwapDeck Team will never DM you asking you to send a card or pay anything. Anyone claiming to be us and asking for that is a scammer — report them.
